D&D Monday morning speedlinking

DNDMMSL 03-10-08

It’s Monday morning and you can barely muster the energy to hit the snooze button? You rush to work stopping only to grab breakfast (coffee!)? Don’t worry. You don’t have to do any actual work. Start your week with these D&D entertainment links:

  • I created a quiz / survey archive.  Make sure you didn’t miss a single one!
  • GM Foundation is a blog for game masters. I especially enjoyed these two articles:
    • The art of winging it
    • World Building 101
  • The aptly named Encounter-a-day keeps coming up with an RPG encounter everyday. Check it out.
  • Kim has a few D&D articles on her blog ggKimmieGal.
  • Ebookee offers e-books for downloads. The site is a little sketchy but you can still find a lot of goodies there. (Found thanks to Alex who followed up on previous e-book article: Tor e-books and Baen e-books.

That’s it for now. Have fun at work.

Meet Expy The Red Dragon

Expy is the mascot for DungeonMastering.com and the real mastermind behind Expy Games. He likes to hoard treasure, terrorize neighbors, burn down villages, and tell white dragon jokes..

No matter how fearful the legends claim dragons are, they always end up being defeated in 5 rounds by adventuring parties they encounter. That’s what dragons are – experience points for the heroes in your Dungeons & Dragon party. And this mascot is no different, hence the name Expy.
