Monday morning speedlinking
DNDMMSL 06-16-08
It’s Monday morning and you wonder how the week-end flew by? Me too. The good thing is we have caffeine to make us forget how tired we are. Hurray for coffee! So, um, yeah, you don’t have to do anything before that blissful rush of caffeine. You can check out these links instead:
The Links
- I haven’t linked to Shelly Mazzanoble in forever! Shelly is the author of Confessions of a Part-time Sorceress: A Girl’s Guide to the D&D Game (Dungeons & Dragons)
. She also runs a blog – Shelly Mazzanoble.com and writes a column for Dragon Magazine – Confessions of a full-time wizard.
- While we’re on this topic… You probably all know that Dragon Magazine and Dungeon Magazine are now available online instead of in print. The first 4e issues of the magazines are online and they are free:
-
- Dragon Magazine
- Dungeon Magazine – includes an adventure for 4th edition called Heathen. Reader Jordan emailed me to mentioned he enjoyed it. When people email you just to tell you they like something it’s a good sign. Thanks Jordan.
- Myth Merchant Press has a blog/website that you might want to keep an eye on. Myth Merchant Press also recently announced its first release.
- Creative fiction writing meets online gaming. Capturing Fantasy is for creative writers, fiction writers, role players and gamers of all systems. Is that you?
- RPG Digest – formerly D&D Reviews – is a sweet blog. I check it out weekly.
- One last link. If you are wondering what’s going on with the WOTC online tools for D&D 4th edition, well, check out their official news page: D&DI News.
Have a fun week at work!

So, checking out the new Dragon/Dungeon online bits, it seems not all of the information is linked. Or is there some other way of reading the articles (In Dragon, for example, the article on Kobolds has no link. and i am logged in)
Good question. I see some non-linked items too. Weird. I’ll try to contact them.
They don’t put everything up at once. I’m sure customer service don’t like being contacted about something so obvious.
Thanks for helping out, Stever
First, thanks for the link to Capturing Fantasy. Second – that is one hell of a kick ass banner! That alone is enough to get me to subscribe to your blog.
