Hanging out with Merlin the enchanter
Written by Yax - Published on August 31, 2007

On Wednesday my charming girlfriend and I flew from Hawaii to Los Angeles and drove straight to Disneyland! I wish I were kidding. Here are the highlights from my trip in a magical and faraway land.

Learning from the best

I learned a lot in the land of Disney. See how it applies to D&D and RPGs.

Uber-geeky photo album

Here’s a few snapshots of my recent adventures.  Enjoy!

merlin_yax.jpg Guess who I bumbed into on Thursday morning! Yes, Merlin! He’s a cool dude. Very popular with the kids. I had to fight through a horde of toddlers and kindergartners to reach the enchanter and take a picture. That kid on the picture looks harmless - and a little disapointed - but he was part of a fierce mob that tried to keep me away from my favorite wizard!
sword_yax.jpg I will not be the next king.
hat_yax.jpg I tried out some classic wizard bling. They only offered the model with the mouse ears unfortunately.
