Shadow Walk gives concealment (it's not the total concealment necessary for initiating Stealth, but it's enough to maintain your Stealth.) You could pick up Sneak of Shadows (rogue multiclass feat) and Acolyte Power to get a sneaky rogue utility power like Hide in Plain Sight, which is even more useful to a ranged attacker than it is to a rogue.
