D&D4E mastermind

Someone is business- and web-savvy

Right after I heard that Wizards of the Coast announced a 4th edition of D&D I checked the domain name availability for dnd4e.com – it wasn’t available.  Last night I tried to look up who registered the domain name and I noticed it was reserved on August 16 – the 3rd day of GenCon.  Congrats to whoever beat me  – and probably a lot of people -to the punch.

I’m curious to see what they’re going to do with the site.  Does anyone know?

Probably just park a bunch of ads there.

Which would be sad. But probably lucrative.

wizards might want to buy it back and it will give big bucks for it.

Unless it was WotC that bought it in the first place…

Anyone know who the registrar was?

I’ll place my bet on “selling it”

I’d thought D&D and D&D 4ed would both trademarked and owners could get WTO to force transfer of domain.
