Get a free issue of Kobold Quarterly
Written by Yax - Published on May 28, 2008

Offer ends June 1st

If you’re like me and you’re considering a subscription to an RPG magazine but you never make that plan a reality, this might be the right to take action.

From the Kobold Quarterly website:

[Get a new] PDF or print+PDF subscriptions until June 1 [and] get 5 issues for the price of 4. There’s no codes to enter, no weird requirements.

Take advantage of this offer at the KQ store.

Have fun reading the next issue of Kobold!

As a longtime Dragon subscriber, now a Kobold subscriber, Kobold Quarterly is the spiritual descendant of its draconic ancestor and worth every penny of the price.

The magazine has both the re-readability (fluff and fiction style articles) that the earlier issues of Dragon had combined with the satisfying crunch that the 3e+ issues of Dragon gravitated towards. They even have a column from the Sage, now polymorphed into a Kobold.

Anyhow, I was deeply saddened when I found out I would no longer receive my monthly gaming fix via the postal service. Reading on the computer is really not something I consider an option - I use the computer to make disposable copies of books I own, but not as the sole way to receive content, and I was overjoyed to find a print magazine with such great quality.

Check it out at your FLGS if you can, and then subscribe.

I would like to know if it is still possible to obtain subacriptions to Kabold Quaterly. I know I am a little late in apply. Thank you.
    Sincerely,
    Margaret Miller
