Mobile version of DungeonMastering.com launched today

We’re proud to announce that you will now get a phone-friendly, light version of DungeonMastering.com when browsing on your mobile phone.  All the images are removed from the homepage and the overall format of the site is simpler and more compact.  Enjoy!

Newsletter going out tomorrow – win Arcane Power

All you have to do to enter the contest is to subscribe to the newsletter – it’s free. Already a subscriber? You’re already entered! The winner will be announced in the April 18th newsletter.

The upcoming newsletter is loaded! That’s the whole point of the newsletter actually – we can offer in-depth articles that don’t necessarily fit the “light entertainment” recipe of Dungeon Mastering.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Learning from the pros: how to go from good to great as a GM.
  • Video tutorials – encounter building with Obsidian Portal.
  • Guest posts from readers
  • And more…

I hope you will enjoy it.

Meet Expy The Red Dragon

Expy is the mascot for DungeonMastering.com and the real mastermind behind Expy Games. He likes to hoard treasure, terrorize neighbors, burn down villages, and tell white dragon jokes..

No matter how fearful the legends claim dragons are, they always end up being defeated in 5 rounds by adventuring parties they encounter. That’s what dragons are – experience points for the heroes in your Dungeons & Dragon party. And this mascot is no different, hence the name Expy.

Looks like you need a little more work on the mobile-enabled side. I couldn’t see the comments field there. I’m on iPhone (Safari) so that may be why.

I DMd last night with all my notes in a Tiddlywiki on my iPhone. It went as smoothly as having a notebook. No time savings yet though.

I appreciate your support of mobile users!

You’re welcome. I’ll check on that bug you mentioned. I just tried it and I have the same issue on my phone.

    Thanks for the feedback.

That’s just a little too over the top for me. I like my gaming but I also have a Life, and I hate mobiles at the best of times so that’s like a big no from me
