The front page looks amazingly professional, as good as a corporate web magazine like Wizards' Magic website. Because of the pictures. On 800x600 you don't see much on the front page but the feature article, but that's what happens with 800x600.

I was a little confused the first time as to where the new content was. It is under "Recently at the blog" on the left side. But because the "Projects & Series" also have pictures and are right next to it, that could be new content too, but it's not. Usually the kind of page you scroll down looking for updates has all the updates in the center column and all the auxiliaries in the left and right columns, so maybe the "Projects and Series" column should be on the left in more of an isolated side-bar type thing.

My comments refer to a couple of omissions at least one of which may not be recent . I miss the links to previous and next post though I suppose if one's not missed more than a week these can be accessed via the top right link to most recent articles.
I've been away or had limited computer access for some months and am just beginning to play catch up. I'm obsessive about this and like to read all your articles in the order in which they were written so I also miss the link to archives month by month rather than just archives by topic.
While I'm about it, it would also be nice to see all of a month's articles on one page so I can get to oldest first instead of having to go to end of the month and keep paging backwards tilll I get to beginning of the month.
Sorry to be so obsessive and without real comments on the look of the page but the last time I was able to be a regular reader you had fairly recently done your last major change so I'm still reeling from that.
Anyway, best wishes for the column - I'm glad to be back as a regular reader.

The archives link is now working. Thanks for letting me know. More goodies are also coming up. They should be easy to spot.

It seems that you take ads seriously :) Anyway, nice design. Maybe some more unique logo would be nice?
