Big names and big prizes
Johnn Four of Roleplaying Tips fame and Phil of Chatty DM fame are holding one wicked contest.
From Chatty’s site:
You need to write a One Sentence NPC, generally based on the tips provided in Johnn’s latest edition of the e-zine: Use 3 traits, include a contradiction, Make it generic but interesting.

This is an awesome idea, I have already sent in several. Pretty interested to see how many they get total. As a DM this could lead to a goldmine of characters and really help create a more interactive world.
